Senior Manager – Information Technology

At Qube, technology and innovation are at our core. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Manager – Information Technology to lead and optimize our IT operations across multiple business functions.

Requirements

• Lead and mentor the IT support team
• Prioritize and manage helpdesk ticket flows
• Plan, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure
• Evaluate and improve existing IT systems and networks
• Standardize IT practices across the organization
• Perform network failover testing, routine backup verifications, and disaster recovery preparedness drills
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity best practices and policies
• Collaborate with other departments to support software tools, data access, and project-specific IT needs
• Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal IT policies
