Compliance Officer, Market Surveillance

Join our Compliance team as a Market Surveillance Analyst, monitoring trading activity across global markets to detect potential market abuse and support QRT’s regulatory obligations.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in trade surveillance at a trading venue, regulator, or financial institution
• Familiarity with Nasdaq SMARTS or equivalent trade surveillance platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with some proficiency in programming and data manipulation (Python, SQL or similar)
• Experience with commodities, FICC products and/or crypto products is advantageous
• Knowledge of market structure, electronic trading, and market abuse regulations
• Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with traders and management
• Degree educated in a relevant field is preferred
