Expense Analyst

Join Qube Research & Technologies as an Expense Analyst in Hong Kong, supporting the firm's expense framework across APAC. Manage day-to-day operations, review expense claims, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Requirements

• 3 + years' experience in corporate expense management, accounts payable, or finance operations
• Strong working knowledge of Webexpenses or similar Expense Management Systems
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of ownership
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables, & Formula's) with automation tools or SQL is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across regions
