Job Description
Qube Research & Technologies (QRT) is seeking an Operations Associate to join their global Crypto Operations team in London. This hands-on role involves operational support, trade capture, reconciliation, and task ownership, contributing to a fast-paced and detail-driven environment. The position offers an evening/weekend shift pattern and collaborative support across multiple time zones.
Requirements
- Degree educated in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 6+ years of operations experience in financial services
- Strong background in trade capture, settlement, and reconciliation
- Experience in crypto or derivatives, equities, or fixed income (preferred)
