Job Description
Qube Research & Technologies is seeking a UI Designer to improve the user experience of their internal tools. The role involves analyzing existing applications, providing actionable insights, and driving redesigns to make them more intuitive and efficient. The designer will collaborate with internal teams and contribute to maintaining and evolving the design system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Solid background in UI design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
- Skilled in using UI design tools.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in planning and conducting usability tests.
- Familiarity with frontend languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
