Photonics Engineer

QuEra Computing is seeking highly motivated and experienced full-stack Photonic Engineers to contribute to the development of large-scale photonic integrated circuits (PICs) for controlling atomic qubits.

Requirements

• Contribute to tape-outs and bring-up of high-performance photonic/optoelectronic systems.
• Design and simulate photonic devices and components
• Characterize PICs at the die and system level.
• Collaborate with foundry partners to advance the boundaries of photonics and quantum computing systems through iterative design-fab-test cycles.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists to integrate photonic components into complete quantum computing systems.
