Job Description
The IT Infrastructure Engineer will support the deployment, maintenance, development, and use of the infrastructure environment. This role involves operational management, incident resolution, documentation, testing, and monitoring, ensuring systems operate smoothly and efficiently. The engineer will contribute to process improvement and enhance solution performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of professional experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
- Ability to resolve technical problems and innovate more efficient use of IT resources
- Basic knowledge or familiarity with IBM AS400 is a MUST
