Job Description
The Network Engineer will be responsible for ensuring network uptime, managing telco escalations, maintaining SLA on network infrastructure, and handling Campus and Branch Network Equipment. They will also coordinate with vendors and resolve problems. The role involves a balance of analytical skills, communication, and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good presentation skills
- Graduate of a Degree in Information Technology or any related field
- Experience with user interface design, database structures, and statistical analyses
- Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- At least 2 years of experience in networking software and security, VLAN, VOIP, QoS, and Wi-Fi Technology
- Knowledge of Windows Active Directory (AD) systems and LDAP network configuration
- Experience in Network Equipment: Cisco, Huawei, and other network equipment
- Willing to be deployed in Ortigas (Hybrid)
