Job Description
The Service Delivery Manager will build and maintain client relationships, ensure service level agreement compliance, lead a team, monitor performance, resolve issues, and contribute to process improvement. The role involves data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and effective communication. The position is hybrid, based in Makati, Metro Manila.
