Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site technical support position for an organization in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The role involves providing first and second-level support for server, network, and system incidents, ensuring system integrity and resolving issues promptly. Candidates must document resolutions and contribute to knowledge base updates.
Requirements
- Provide first and second-level support for server, network, and system incidents.
- Monitor infrastructure components and respond to alerts and status changes.
- Assist in system backups, patch verification, and restore operations.
- Troubleshoot hardware and OS-level issues and escalate when necessary.
- Support Active Directory, file shares, and access permissions.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment replacement or advanced support.
- Document incident resolutions and update knowledge base.
- Ensure service requests and incidents are resolved within agreed timelines.
