Quick Box Fulfillment is looking for a Client Services Administrator to help with day-to-day tasks within the Client Services team, communicating with C-level employees and clients, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Administratively support QuickBox Clients and the Client Services Team
- Daily tasks include, assisting the Client Services Managers in triaging and responding to Client inquiries, daily reporting, updating and maintaining client information and documentation
- Client Communication: Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, Slack, Teams and other channels
- Information Management: Maintaining and updating client records, managing databases and ensuring data accuracy
- Client Relationship Building: Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and fostering positive client relationships
- Reporting: Daily reporting and ensuring compliance
- Compliance: Collaborating with other team members and providing support to senior staff
- Problem Solving: Troubleshooting issues, researching solutions and escalating concerns when necessary
- Other administrative duties as required and assigned
