Principal Engineer - Mobile App Engineering

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in frontend development
• 4+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team of developers
• Strong understanding of mobile performance bottlenecks, debugging tools, and strategies for improving app startup time, bundle size, and runtime efficiency
• Proven track record of architecting and scaling large-scale mobile applications
• Deep knowledge of the React Native ecosystem
• Experience leading teams in CI/CD pipeline design, instrumentation, and automated testing for mobile
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with Git, Jira, and other development tools
