Job Description
Quinn Company, your local Caterpillar store, is hiring ThinkBIG Students to prepare individuals for CAT dealer technician roles. The program combines technical and academic education with hands-on experience, including Caterpillar equipment operation, and includes a 4-year apprenticeship. Upon successful completion, students earn an Associate’s Degree and join Quinn Company as full-time employees.
Requirements
- Successfully complete placement testing.
- Achieve a minimum score of 70 on the mechanical aptitude test.
- Complete all required general education and Caterpillar classes with a 2.0 GPA (“C” Average) in each.
- Complete all required e-learning.
