Job Description
Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide equipment and services to patients, care providers, referral sources, and commercial accounts. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate records. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a Clerical or Customer Service environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong communication skills
- Neat personal appearance
- Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing, bookkeeping or medical office experience preferred
