Director of Quality Management

McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center is seeking a Director of Quality Management to oversee and coordinate quality management, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement processes.

Requirements

• RN license required
• Bachelor's degree required, Masters Degree in Nursing preferred
• Process improvement training preferred
• Current BLS
• Minimum of three years in an acute care facility
• Minimum of two years experience in Quality Management preferred
• Highly organized; efficient and effective use of time and resources
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to facilitate teams, work with individuals having diverse needs/interests
• Ability to effectively manage multiple work demands in fast paced environment
• Ability to delegate appropriately
• Ability to research and obtain needed information on broad range of topics
• Advanced knowledge of performance improvement and risk management techniques, tools and principles
• Advanced understanding/application of statistical methodologies
