• Define and deliver the AI product strategy and roadmap, aligned with organisational goals and market needs.
• Prioritise AI product development based on impact, effort, and risk.
• Identify opportunities where AI can deliver measurable value across Quotient’s CDMO environment.
• Translate user needs into clear product requirements and define success metrics.
• Lead the end‐to‐end lifecycle of AI products from ideation to optimisation.
• Champion responsible AI practices, ensuring compliance and ethical use of AI.
• Monitor product performance and use data‐driven insights to inform decisions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, actionable terms to stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative, high‐performance culture.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI, data analytics, and product management.
