R/GA is a global digital innovation agency looking for a Senior Designer - UI to join their Marketing and Communications team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience designing and a master-level understanding of design, including typography and layout.

Requirements

• Produce cutting edge creative work
• Manage the quality of design throughout all phases of a project
• Mentor and manage Designers and Junior Designers
• Participate in inter-department and cross-service line communications
• Design and iterate on user interfaces and experiences for websites, landing pages, microsites, digital products, and mobile apps
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate seamless UX across digital platforms
• Prototype interactive experiences that engage users and drive conversion
