Requirements

• Lead mid to large-scale digital or creative projects from concept to delivery.
• Partner with clients to clarify goals, define requirements, and set the right approach.
• Scope, plan, and manage delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality stay on track.
• Bring cross-disciplinary teams together (UX, design, strategy, tech, and QA) to turn ideas into reality.
• Manage partners, vendors, and production budgets with transparency and accountability.
• Keep teams and clients aligned through clear documentation, regular updates, and structured communication.
• Lead meetings and presentations that move work forward, not just fill the calendar.
• Support new business opportunities with confident, well-thought delivery input.
• Advocate equally for client needs and R/GA’s creative integrity.
