Loader Supervisor

R+L Carriers has an immediate need for Outbound Operations Supervisors at our Sanger, TX Service Center to manage dock and dispatch operations. The successful candidate will have proven leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Driver and Freight Handler Management
• Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling
• Ensure Safety Compliance
• Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed
• Timely dispatching of LTL Loads
