R&P is looking for a mid-level Logistics Analyst to join their US Navy PMS 377 Production Support Team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Amphious Damage Control Systems and be familiar with US Navy processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of shipboard fire protection and suppression systems
- Good working knowledge of CBRN defense, Conflagration and Firefighting, Ballistic protection, and Watertight Integrity
- Ability to ship check and provide onboard validations
- Familiarity interpreting and applying relevant military standards
- Familiarity with US Navy processes and procedures
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Review and distribute Planned Maintenance System (PMS) documentation
- Retrieve and analyze data using the PMS viewer, CDMD-OA, Maintenance Index Pages (MIP), Maintenance Requirements Cards (MRC), Allowance Equipment Lists (AEL), Allowance Parts Lists (APL), Technical Manuals (TM), and drawings
- Identify design deficiencies and develop recommendations for solutions
- Familiarity with key stakeholders and customers located in shipbuilding industry and relevant government entities
