Job Description
R&P is looking for an experienced Program Manager for surface ship modernization to join our team. We need a senior Program Manager with U.S. Navy program management and shipbuilding/ship repair experience to modernize U.S. Navy large surface combatants.
Requirements
- Master's degree
- A minimum of 20 years of experience
- A minimum of 15-years of experience in U.S. Navy shipbuilding and/or ship repair and modernization
- Experience and familiarization with Arleigh Burke Class Destroyers
- Experience and familiarization with U.S. Navy surface combatant modernization processes
- Major Program Management (MPM) experience (PM or DPM) in surface combatant ship acquisition
- Active Secret Clearance or eligible to obtain Secret Clearance
