Test and Trials Director

R&P is seeking a motivated Test and Trials Director to join our Pascagoula waterfront team. We are a small defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients.

Requirements

• Serve as Waterfront Test and Trials Director for Modernization
• Assist in planning and making all modernization, system integration, and test and trial preparations for ship availabilities
• Maintain close contact with the Program Management Office (PMO) through the DPMR and PMR
• Develop and manage test, trial, and evaluation schedules
• Provide overall coordination of the various field activities, contractor, and other organizations participating in the development and implementation of tests
