We are seeking an AI Engineer to build and maintain AI-driven systems that power our research and business operations. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who thinks architecturally and leverages AI coding tools to build production-grade solutions efficiently.
Requirements
- Software engineering experience with demonstrated ability to architect and ship production systems independently in fast-paced environments.
- AI-first builder mindset demonstrated through expert use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar).
- Strong full-stack development skills across modern languages, frameworks, and cloud platforms, comfortable working from database design through APIs to frontend interfaces.
- Hands-on experience building modern applications with large language models, including understanding of how to implement context-aware systems using MCP and RAG architectures with vector databases.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, understanding both constraints and possibilities.
