Your area of responsibility is to investigate and secure the quality and safety of our products. We check manufacturer specifications, test reports, and conformity statements. Our products are regularly sensorily checked by us.

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of food chemistry or ecotrophology
• Experience in analyzing and food law evaluation of foods is an advantage
• Experience with good hygiene practice and HACCP is an advantage
• Experience with common food standards (IFS, BIO, QS, ITW, etc.) is an advantage
• Very good communication and implementation skills as well as a strong customer orientation
• Very good German knowledge in writing and speaking
• Good English knowledge is required
• French, Spanish or Italian is advantageous
