Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative - Patient Registration, you will help patients check into the hospital, collect information accurately and quickly, and listen with compassion to address their fears, concerns, and questions. You will work in a fast-paced environment, often on your feet, and be expected to type quickly and answer phones. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the company's mission to transform the patient experience and financial performance of hospitals, health systems, and medical groups.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service experience
