As a Customer Service Representative in Patient Registration, you will work to help patients check into the hospital, answer questions, and build trust through accurate information collection and compassionate listening. This role requires a confident multi-tasker who can type and answer phones quickly and accurately, with minimal previous experience or knowledge in healthcare. You will work in a fast-paced environment, often on your feet, and must be prepared to see illness and injuries.
