Job Description
Rackspace Technology is seeking a Cloud Software Architect to design, automate, and deploy services on AWS. This role involves leading technical and design discussions with stakeholders, architecting scalable applications, and leveraging best practices. The company focuses on providing solutions using cloud infrastructure as code and emphasizing developer expertise.
Requirements
- BS level technical degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of software development or application engineering experience
- Hands-on development experience with languages like Java, JavaScript, C/C++, C#, Swift, Node.js, Python, Go, or Ruby
- 5+ years of experience as a technical specialist in Customer-facing roles
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with CI/CD
- Cloud Certifications (preferred)
