Technical Writer (Contract)

Rad AI is looking for a Technical Writer to publish, manage, and maintain customer-facing documentation for their AI-powered solutions in the healthcare industry.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical writing role, ideally for SaaS or complex software products
• Experience using AI tools to conduct research, gain context, and make the writing process more efficient
• Demonstrated portfolio of published customer-facing technical documentation
• Experience simplifying technical subjects and presenting them in clear, accessible language
