Job Description
Rad AI is seeking a VP of People to shape their organizational culture, drive performance, and lead both senior HR Business Partners and recruiting teams. The role focuses on building a people strategy to scale through rapid growth, focusing on talent planning, onboarding, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace. Requirements
- 10+ years in People/HR leadership within fast-growth technology organizations
- Proven experience building high-performance cultures
- Strong background in technology sector (SaaS and healthcare exposure)
- Data-driven approach to people decisions
- Executive experience in SaaS or healthcare technology companies (a plus)
- Clear, energizing communicator with record of organizational change
- Strong remote team management experience (North America and Latin America)
- Energetic, positive leadership style
