Job Description
Radiance Technologies is a 100% employee-owned company seeking an Operations Research Analyst to join their Enhanced Modeling and Simulation (M&S) development team. The successful candidate will work alongside software engineers and data scientists to tackle complex decision-making challenges using scientific methods.
Requirements
- Designing and executing simulation experiments
- Applying Monte Carlo methods, statistical techniques, and operational research tools
- Modeling systems and operations using Python, R, VBA, or MATLAB
- Defining data requirements, analyzing datasets, and building recommendations
- Validating models and evaluating their effectiveness
- Developing and applying tools such as PERT networks
- Creating detailed, insightful reports and visualizations
- Collaborating with engineers, scientists, and management
