Radiance is looking for a talented Test Engineer to support the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command’s (SMDC) Reagan Test Site (RTS).

Requirements

Active SECRET clearance
6 years of progressively complex experience working collaboratively with program management, systems engineers, schedule analysts, and operations personnel in a concurrent engineering environment
Direct experience with network development
Bachelor's degree in STEM field
Minimum 5 years of experience working in systems engineering and/or test and evaluation with communication systems
Minimum 2 years of missile flight tests experience working on system architecture development
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Dependable and flexible when necessary
Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside the organization
Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions
A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment
Excellent communication skills including the ability to work on multi-functional teams
Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems
