Product Manager, Enterprise Data (Director)

Radiant is building the world's first mass-produced, portable nuclear microreactors. The company is looking for a Product Manager to lead a new team that will own Radiant's internal data infrastructure, executive analytics, and AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management or technical program management experience
• People management experience—you've led small technical teams and know how to hire, develop, and retain engineers
• Experience managing vendor relationships and professional services engagements
• Strong project management skills—you can coordinate across multiple stakeholders and keep complex projects on track
• Comfort with ambiguity—this is a new team; you'll be building processes and systems from scratch
