Job Description
Radical AI is an artificial intelligence company accelerating scientific research & development, specifically in materials R&D. As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll design and build novel robotic and autonomous systems for a material science research lab, owning all aspects from design to installation. You'll tackle complex material handling challenges and innovate solutions to automate equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- 3-5 years industry experience in mechanical engineering involving part and assembly design.
- Proficiency with CAD software, we use SOLIDWORKS.
- Well versed in common rapid prototyping and part fabrication techniques and DFM best practices.
- Proven track record of delivering novel mechanism and machine designs.
- Excellent hands on fabrication and assembly skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
