The Auditor will be instrumental in safeguarding the integrity of transactions and upholding industry regulations across key US markets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in US residential real estate contract auditing and/or transaction management
• Proficiency in auditing transaction files in multiple states
• Strong understanding of US real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Exceptional attention to detail and a naturally meticulous approach
• Proficiency in using auditing software and tools
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgments based on audit findings
• High level of integrity and ethical conduct
