Job Description
rag & bone is a fashion brand that values originality, authenticity, and inclusivity. The HR Coordinator role supports the Human Resources team in day-to-day operations, with a focus on new hire processing, HR data entry, and employee record maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR administrative experience
- Experience using ADP (Workforce Now, RUN, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
