Job Description

The Sales Supervisor is a leader who guides and inspires Sales Associates, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies. This role is part of the store management team and requires collaboration with Visual Merchandising, and meticulous performance of management tasks.
Requirements
- Demonstrated client-centric skills and sales interaction experience.
- Ability to manage a clientele and drive sales goals.
- Product knowledge and team-selling skills.
- Understanding of the rag & bone brand philosophy and values.
- Ability to maintain inventory accuracy and comply with company policies.
