Job Description
As a Sales Support Associate, you will support both the back of house and front of house operational functions, including unpacking/packing shipments, organizing the stock room, answering phones, and providing customer service. You will work with the Operations Supervisor and Store Management to ensure positive brand representation and meet store and metric goals.
Requirements
- Prior work experience in a retail stock, logistics, and/or customer service
- Be a team player and work together to achieve results
- Have a basic understanding of BOH/FOH IT systems, including POS transaction
