Head of Group Financial Steering (f/m/x)

We are seeking a Head of Group Financial Steering to lead our team. The role will involve leading a team of experts, defining a financial steering framework, and operating the controlling function for RBI Group's holding function in Austria and the Austrian business bank.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Funds Transfer Pricing methodology (FTP)
• Proven leadership experience
• Pro-activeness, adaptability, and a strong desire for continuous learning and development
• Ability to handle changing situations effectively and a proactive approach towards personal growth
• Ability to communicate complex topics in an understandable and structured way, as well as possessing presentation skills
• Excellent command of English, any other language is a plus
