Job Description
We are looking for a senior agile leader to drive delivery in the Credit Cards Tribe as a Scrum Master.
Requirements
- Senior Agile Experience: in depth understanding of Scrum Master role in a complex, enterprise environment
- Vendor Management: Experience working in multi-vendor setups or with distributed/offshore teams
- Jira Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Jira (Workflows, JQL, Dashboards) to enforce process through tooling
- Assertiveness: You are comfortable pushing back on senior stakeholders when necessary to protect the Sprint Goal and ensure realistic planning
- Tech-Savvy: You understand the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) well enough to distinguish between technical blockers and organizational impediments
- Certification: PSM II, CSM, or equivalent is expected. Knowledge of Scaling Frameworks (LeSS/SAFE) is a plus
