Job Description
As Senior Financial Controller at Rail-Flow, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and discipline of our financial controlling and reporting. You will drive the monthly closing process, provide actionable insights for management, and continuously improve our financial processes and tools.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Several years (typically 3–5+) of experience in financial controlling and reporting—ideally in an international environment
- Solid knowledge of international accounting standards and experience with accounting processes and financial tools (e.g. Exact, Oracle Apex, PowerBI, Claude)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in both Dutch and English, as well as a high level of process and deadline discipline
