Requirements

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
• Utilize various channels to identify and attract top talent
• Conduct screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
• Oversee the offer process, including negotiation and onboarding
• Keep accurate records of recruitment activities and produce regular reports
