Job Description
The Project Manager, Sustainable Supply Chains (Traceability) will provide project management support for the roll out of a new traceability platform and processes. The role will collaborate cross-functionally to successfully plan and manage resources and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, agriculture, forestry, natural resource management, climate change or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in managing projects, preferably with a focus on sustainable agriculture or forestry supply chains
- Extensive knowledge of supply chains in the sectors that we work, and understanding of how certified crops are produced, traded and processed through them
- Experience working with voluntary standards within agriculture/forestry, and an understanding of their value proposition opportunities
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, and building effective partnerships
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, coordination, and budget management
- Ability to work in a fast pace changing environment
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong analytical skills to track and evaluate project performance and impact
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Fluency in English
