Requirements
- Manage our office in Berlin, ensuring a welcoming space for our team and visitors
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve our company culture, such as team events, gifts, and celebrations
- Provide administrative support for HR tasks, including contract changes, certificates, parental leave, and maternity leave
- Assist with preparing payroll
- Work with our marketing team to organize team merchandise (T-shirts, hoodies)
- Maintain contact with our RaiseNow alumni and contribute to our company culture
- Onboard and offboard employees, develop processes, and improve our onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support with student and junior positions
