Job Description
Join us on our mission to make charitable giving more cost-efficient, donor-friendly, and successful as our new French speaking Senior Customer Success Manager. You will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, building trusted partnerships that drive measurable success and long-term satisfaction.
Requirements
- Several years of customer success experience in a SaaS, digital fundraising or payment service provider environment
- Technical background in the form of a university degree or relevant work experience
- Experience working with programming languages, APIs, JSON objects, and concepts in payment technology
- Strong written and verbal command of English and French (C1)
- Ability to articulate technical concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences
