OCC Controller

The OCC Controller oversees the comprehensive operations control and coordination for ground handling and airport functions, ensuring accurate movement recording, load control, AMS, resource allocation, planning, organizing, stakeholder collaboration, and procedural adherence. The role requires leadership, guidance, and performance monitoring of the OCC Coordinator, as well as coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage)
• Graduation, Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of principles and practices governing the operation of airport
• Having a valid UAE driving licence and preferred with ADP
• Full awareness of airport operation and airport contracts and IATA regulations.
• Minimum 10 years of aviation experience and atleast 03 years of Load Control experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and to very tight deadlines.
• Ability to learn things fast and implement them.
• Competent customers services skills required.
• Leadership, Coordination and Follow-up skills
