Job Description
RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a leasing consultant to connect with residents and facilitate lease agreements for their multi-family community, Ridge at Perry Bend. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multi-family leasing experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
