Leasing Consultant

We are looking for an experienced leasing consultant who thrives off using their customer service skills to connect with future residents and can identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Experience in industry software is preferred (Yardi, Knock etc)
• Multi-family leasing experience is required
• Fluent in English and Spanish is required
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
