Job Description
RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical integrity of its Westfield Village property. The role involves completing work orders, preventative maintenance, a clean shop, providing supplies, and assisting with emergency calls. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license
- EPA HVAC license universal required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Willingness to work flexible schedule
