Job Description
Join our team as our new Head of Total Project Management (m/w/d) in the Datacenter sector and contribute to working towards a livable future. As an experienced Head of Total Project Management (m/w/d) in the Datacenter sector, you will work in a team that is currently being established at our locations in Munich, Berlin, or Frankfurt.
Requirements
- Completed studies in architecture (Dipl.-Ing., M.Sc., or equivalent) with at least 10 years of professional experience as a project manager in general planning
- Very good knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations, especially in the planning and operation of data centers, as well as RIBA knowledge is advantageous
- Planning experience over all HOAI performance phases
- Documented experience in managing medium to large construction projects (ideally data centers, industrial facilities, or comparable)
- Strength in conceptual design
- Confident appearance, entrepreneurial thinking, high advisory and developed communication and leadership skills
- Ability to think and act across disciplines; coordination understanding (e.g., architecture, structural planning, TGA)
- Enjoyment of database-based planning and security in the application of specific software tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit)
- Fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
