Projektdirektør – Broer, bygværker og bane

We are looking for an experienced project director who can lead complex projects within bridges, large constructions, and infrastructure in Denmark. As a project director, you will have overall responsibility for large, interdisciplinary projects and will be in charge of complex project organizations, challenge existing mindsets, and ensure that projects are delivered with a high focus on safety, quality, and long-term social value.

Requirements

• Relevant higher education, such as a civil engineer or construction engineer.
• Solid experience with delivering large bridges, buildings, and/or rail projects, preferably at program or portfolio level.
• In-depth understanding of construction design, execution methods, and the interplay between planning and execution.
• Strong knowledge of legislation, standards, and collaboration formats within infrastructure and rail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as fluent Danish and English.
• A strategic approach, commercial understanding, and courage to make complex decisions.
